On October 1st, client HMS Decorative Surfacing opened its doors to its new on-site showroom. Offering trade teams and the public the chance to view its range of resin bound and resin bonded surfacing, the launch was the culmination of weeks of planning and development, supported by birdonthewire communications.
We worked with the business owners to help develop artwork, create pre-launch buzz and get guests and VIPs through the doors on the day of the launch. This was achieved using Social Media (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) and adding the details to the company’s Houzz profile. For the first time in HMS’s history, a launch press release was written and issued, and some investment made into local advertising.
Not only did the local Mayor come along to the event on the day, on the second day of opening, HMS was contacted by a trade team who had read about the launch on Facebook. The momentum of the launch continues to build with more enquiries via Social Media – exceeding client expectations and campaign objectives.
